How we check claims before they go out
Three background tools connect anything Karyn drafts (LP email, FAQ entry, DDQ answer) back to the approved facts shown above. They check the claim, point out anything out of date or missing a source, and block external sends until every figure either matches an approved fact or is explicitly OK'd as internal-only.
Claim checker
Takes one disputed figure or sentence and points to which source doc it should come from. Flags figures that only exist in internal-only data and shouldn't be used externally.
Draft builder
Drafts new LP emails and DDQ answers using only approved facts and reviewed FAQ entries. Internal-only data may inform the draft but doesn't appear in the final prose.
Pre-send check
Runs before any outbound LP message: every claim resolved to a source, audience tier respected, nothing out of date, nothing internal-only leaking through. Blocks the send if anything fails.
